Condo Kitchen Cabinet Refacing

Below are before and after photos of 2 small condo kitchens.

Both used Decorative Laminate Veneer doors, a great product and a great price point.

The first condo the owner was updating after purchasing, and the second was a updating a rental to improve appearance and rental income.

Old oak cabinets. Doors were water damaged. Wall cabinets shorter than usual.

Doors and hinges replaced. Trim added to bottom of wall cabinets for a more finished look.

No cabinet or soffit over the refrigerator. Three large doors over the sink.

Cabinet added over the refrigerator for a more finished look. Changed the large center door over the sink to two doors for more interest.

Date, peeling laminate doors.

New bright white doors brighten the small space with no windows.

Old laminate doors were yellowed and stale.

Bright and airy, owner added a new counter top and matching white appliances.  The new tenant will love it, and the owner will be able to raise the rent!
