Full Cabinet Replacment
There are times when replacing all your cabinets is the best option. They may be old and unstable, or maybe you want some layout changes that don't work with the current cabinets and replacing is the only solution.
While our specialty is working with what you have, we still offer a great affordable option if you need to replace your cabinets. Most full cabinet design shops want to strip all your kitchen elements down to the sub-services, including flooring, tile, lighting, appliances. That's the only way they know how, and it get's expensive.

What Are the best scenarios for full cabinet replacement?
For us the best case scenario is when you are keeping all of your main plumbing and appliances in the same area. Anytime you can keep from moving mechanical elements you simplify the remodel and keep cost down.
We do not get into major remodels that require us to tear down walls or move mechanical elements. We have worked to supply and set cabinets if you can get the other major work done yourself.
What About Countertops?
If you are replacing your base cabinets you most also replace your counter tops. (Except maybe in simple small spots like and island or desk area.) Old tops just don't fit to new tops in the same way.
Most of the time if your going to this extent you want a new countertop to match. But if you have countertops you want to keep than refacing and modifying the lower cabinets is the best option.
We supply countertops through local fabricators on many of our remodel jobs.
Can you keep flooring and tile backsplash?
This will depend on your flooring and backsplash, based on the design changes you may be making.
If your flooring is in good condition, we will work with you to replace cabinets in way to fit to the existing floor. This usually requires the exact cabinet footprint as before. Many times under the cabinets there is no finished flooring that matches the existing exposed flooring. We do have clients that replace flooring, we will work with you to help get the right fit from the flooring contractor you choose.
Tile backsplash is similar, it works best if the cabinets are in the same position over the tile. We do offer removal and replacement of tile backsplashes for simple tile styles, subway tile for example. If you want a more complex tile design you would need to contract a tile specialist.

In essence, to get the best bang for your buck we help you be the general contractor of your kitchen remodel. Our clients routinely replace appliances, lighting and wall colors with retailers, do-it-yourself, or specialty contractors like electricians for elements we do not provide.
